What is ShotRx?
ShotRx reads numbers off your launch monitor photo and gives you a plain-English diagnosis plus drills to practice. It works with any simulator screen that shows launch data.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → ShotRx → Cancel Subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find your ShotRx purchase, and choose “Request a refund.”
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Or email founders@metriview.info from your account email and we'll handle it within 7 days.
My launch monitor photo wasn't read correctly
Make sure the screen is well-lit, in focus, and shows all the numbers clearly. If a value still looks wrong, you can edit any number on the analysis screen before submitting for diagnosis.
