Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using ShotRx, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. ShotRx is operated by 17452217 Canada Inc., operating as Metriview (“Metriview”, “we”, “us”), based in Outremont, Québec, Canada.

Who can use ShotRx

You must be 13 or older to use ShotRx. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

What ShotRx does

ShotRx reads launch-monitor screen photos using AI and provides plain-English coaching suggestions and drills. Results are AI-generated hypotheses, not certified instruction. Don't use ShotRx as a substitute for a qualified golf coach if you have ongoing pain, injuries, or are preparing for competition.

Your account

You're responsible for your account credentials and for what happens under your account. Don't share your account, and don't use the app to do anything illegal or to harass other users.

Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Full Bag costs $9.99 USD per month. There is no free trial. The subscription renews every month until you cancel. How you cancel and get a refund depends on where you subscribed.

On the web: your card is charged by Stripe. You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription (/subscription), which opens the Stripe billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. For a refund, email founders@metriview.info within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge.

On iPhone and iPad: payment is charged to your Apple ID, and Apple shows the price in your local currency. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel in iOS Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the app to upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or paywalls
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the app or its outputs
• Probe, scan, or attack the service's infrastructure

Intellectual property

ShotRx and its logo, design, code, and AI prompts are owned by Metriview. You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the data you provide. By using the app, you grant us a license to process that content for the purpose of providing the service.

Third-party content and YouTube

Drill videos are provided by YouTube and by the creators who made them, not by ShotRx. When you watch them, the YouTube Terms of Service also apply to you. ShotRx is not affiliated with or endorsed by these creators.

Trademarks

TrackMan, Foresight, GCQuad, FlightScope, SkyTrak, Garmin, Uneekor, Full Swing, Rapsodo and other product names are trademarks of their owners. ShotRx is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something in ShotRx infringes your copyright, email founders@metriview.info. Tell us what the work is, where it appears in ShotRx, and how to contact you.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is.” AI diagnoses are hypotheses, not guarantees. We make no warranty about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. Golf is a physical activity — use the recommended drills at your own discretion and stop if anything causes pain.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for bodily injury. If you are a consumer in Québec, you keep every right the Consumer Protection Act gives you.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Metriview's liability for any claim arising from your use of ShotRx is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time (in-app: Settings → Account → Delete account, or email founders@metriview.info). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada. Disputes go to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.

Changes

We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app banner. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
