Terms of Use

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using ShotRx, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. ShotRx is operated by Metriview, based in Outremont, Québec, Canada.

What ShotRx does

ShotRx reads launch-monitor screen photos using AI and provides plain-English coaching suggestions and drills. Results are AI-generated hypotheses, not certified instruction. Don't use ShotRx as a substitute for a qualified golf coach if you have ongoing pain, injuries, or are preparing for competition.

Your account

You're responsible for your account credentials and for what happens under your account. Don't share your account, and don't use the app to do anything illegal or to harass other users.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end. Manage your subscription in iOS Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions, or on the web at /subscription. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the app to upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or paywalls
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the app or its outputs
• Probe, scan, or attack the service's infrastructure

Intellectual property

ShotRx and its logo, design, code, and AI prompts are owned by Metriview. You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the data you provide. By using the app, you grant us a license to process that content for the purpose of providing the service.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is.” AI diagnoses are hypotheses, not guarantees. We make no warranty about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. Golf is a physical activity — use the recommended drills at your own discretion and stop if anything causes pain.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Metriview's liability for any claim arising from your use of ShotRx is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time (in-app: Settings → Account → Delete account, or email founders@metriview.info). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada. Disputes go to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.

Changes

We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app banner. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
