ShotRX for Sim Lounges
AI golf coaching in every bay.
Zero new hardware.
Your guests scan a QR code at the bay, snap a photo of the launch monitor screen, and get a full AI swing diagnosis with drills — on the TrackMan, Foresight, Uneekor, or GSPro setups you already own.
$399 setup · $25/simulator/month · live in a week or refunded
Built on the ShotRx coaching engine — live on the App Store and at shotrxgolf.com
Your side of the work is printing a card
We set you up.
Tell us your bay count. We provision your venue and send print-ready QR cards — one per bay, permanent. Print them once; they never expire and never need reprinting.
Guests coach themselves.
A guest scans the bay's QR, enters an email and first name, and gets full AI coaching free for their whole session. No app install, no credit card, nothing for your staff to run.
You stay in control.
Sessions expire on the window you choose (default 4 hours). Per-bay rate limits and a server-side kill switch are built in. Billing is one monthly invoice.
What your guest sees
The whole flow, exactly as it runs today.
Scan.
The bay's permanent QR opens a welcome page carrying your lounge's name. Email and first name — that's the entire signup.
Snap.

After a few swings, the guest photographs the launch monitor screen. ShotRx reads the numbers straight off the display — no data feed, no integration.
Diagnosis.

The AI reads ball flight like a coach: what's happening and the likely cause, framed as hypotheses to test — not black-box verdicts.
Drills.

Every diagnosis prescribes drills with short demo videos that play right in the bay. Guests leave with something to work on — and a reason to book the next session.
Works with what you already own
TrackMan, Foresight and GCQuad, Uneekor, SkyTrak, Garmin, GSPro rigs and more. ShotRx reads the numbers off the screen itself, so there's no API, no license, and no data feed involved. Not sure about your exact setup? We verify it with you during onboarding — before you pay a dollar.
The amenity the chains pay hardware money for
Big chains proved guests want in-bay swing analysis — by installing camera rigs in every bay. Here's how the options actually compare for an existing lounge.
| ShotRx Lounge | Camera-based swing systems | Monitor-brand AI add-ons | Do nothing | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| What it analyzes | Your launch monitor's numbers, via photo | 3D body motion (own cameras) | That brand's own data | — |
| Extra hardware per bay | None | Multi-camera rig | Brand's cameras/hardware | None |
| Works across monitor brands | Yes — reads the screen | N/A (separate system) | Locked to one brand | — |
| Walk-up guest access | QR scan, no app or account | Typically staff-run | Usually needs the brand's account | Guest uses nothing |
| Staff involvement | None | Setup + operation | Setup per guest | Fielding "how do I get better?" |
| Cost to add to an existing bay | $25/mo per bay | Thousands upfront | Hardware + subscription tier | $0 — and nothing to show for it |
Camera systems measure the swing itself and are genuinely different instruments. ShotRx's lane is the data your launch monitors already produce — turned into coaching your guests can act on.
The honest math
No invented ROI percentages. Just break-even.
One-time setup
$399
flat, any bay count — ≈ 9 bay-hours, once
Monthly cost
$150
$25 per simulator
Pays for itself at
4 extra bay-hrs/mo
well under an hour per bay
That's the whole bet, and it's labeled as math, not a promise. Industry estimates put first-year bay utilization around 33–40% against a 60% target — the empty hours exist. Whether an in-bay AI coach helps fill them is exactly what the pilot measures, together, with your 30-day usage report.
What it does for your business
A story the lounge down the street doesn’t have.
Every bay becomes an AI coaching bay. That’s a line for your website, your socials, and the guest deciding between two identical lounges.
A reason to come back.
Guests who save their swing history keep a progress log that started in your bays. Progress is the strongest rebooking hook in golf — “come see if the fix held” beats any discount.
Top of your lesson funnel.
Every diagnosis is framed as a hypothesis to test — which is a handoff to your teaching pro, not a replacement. The guest who just learned their miss is a toe strike books lessons. The one who sprayed balls for an hour doesn’t.
Pilot pricing, straight up
Priced to run, not to profit.
Our business is the golfers who try ShotRx at your lounge and keep using it on their own — not your venue. So the setup fee covers the real work of getting you live, and the monthly sits near our own AI-compute cost.

Why so cheap? Most launch monitors in a bay cost five figures. ShotRx is a premium coaching layer on top of hardware you already own — and the more of your customers use it, the better it works for us. That's the whole deal.
This is the pilot rate for the first venues. The standing rate will be higher — pilot lounges keep theirs.
Andrew Dahms
Founder, ShotRx
“I built ShotRx because launch monitors give golfers incredible data and zero idea what to do with it. The consumer app is live on the App Store doing exactly that job. The lounge edition exists because making it work in a venue required nothing new from the venue — no hardware, no integration, just a QR code on the bay wall. The pilot is priced to run, not to profit — our business is the golfers who try ShotRx at your lounge and keep using it on their own, so the setup fee just covers the real work of getting you live. Honest numbers, direct access to me, no catch. If that's you, I'd like to talk.”

Questions lounge owners ask
Do you market to my guests?
Guests give an email and first name to start a session. They only ever get marketing email if they tick an explicit, unchecked consent box — Canadian-anti-spam-law grade consent. We never promote other venues or competing products to your guests, full stop.
Will free AI coaching cannibalize my paid lessons?
It's built to do the opposite. Diagnoses are hypotheses to test, not verdicts — the natural next step is a human pro. Instruction is revenue most lounges want to grow; this feeds it.
Does it touch my simulators, PCs, or Wi-Fi?
No. Nothing installs on your equipment. It runs on the guest's own phone, over your guest Wi-Fi or their cellular data.
What happens when a guest's session window ends?
Their pass expires (you choose the window; 4 hours is the default). Next visit, they scan again. If they saved their history, it's waiting for them.
What does it really cost?
A one-time $399 venue setup — flat whether you run 2 bays or 12 — covering monitor verification, configuration, your custom QR kit, and launch-week support (if you're not live within a week of sending your bay list, it comes back). Then $25 per simulator per month. No per-scan fees, no per-customer fees, no cancellation fee, no card on file — one monthly invoice. A 4-bay lounge: $399 once, then $100/month.
What if it can't read my launch monitor's screen?
We verify your exact setup during onboarding, before you pay anything. If a photo ever misreads, guests can simply retake it — and every diagnosis is framed as a hypothesis, not a verdict.
Can I turn it off?
Instantly. Per bay or venue-wide, server-side — no reprinting, no waiting.
Do my staff need training?
There’s no staff workflow. We include a one-page explainer with your QR cards so anyone can answer "what’s that code?" in one sentence.
